Brethourpark Way

This project included changing over a powder ensuite in to a full ensuite. We were able to take space from the walk-in closet that was adjacent to the powder room. We also included in-floor heating in the new ensuite. There were weird closets on each side of the large bedroom in the back that I took out and replace with single wall and installed double pocket doors to make one closet. Made the room look classier. In the family room there use to be a brick fireplace that the client wasn't using and wanted it removed. In the living room she added a gas fireplace where I built her a fireplace mantle with mosiac tiles to complete the room and added crown moldings too.
